Job description:
Teach the subject in English as required by the School including: Developing teaching plans, assessment plans, lesson plans, developing exercise sheets, lectures, homework assignments, test materials, monitoring students' learning progress, preparing and grading tests, inputting grades, writing teaching reports. Prepare teaching aids and equipment.
Attend all assigned classes according to daily and weekly schedules.
Ensure the content of the curriculum is delivered as per the department and school regulations.
Responsibly support underperforming students and encourage high-achieving students.
Evaluate, grade, comment, and report on students' learning progress.
Update and maintain student records and class information during teaching.
Collaborate closely with foreign teachers teaching the same subjects.
Participate in organizing and teaching extracurricular activities when required.
Participate in organizing events for teachers, staff, and students when required.
Coordinate with relevant departments to organize outdoor activities and experiential learning.
Participate in safety patrols, boarding duty, meal supervision, and dormitory supervision when assigned.
Attend seminars, workshops, and observe demonstration lessons, share experiences, and exchange teaching methods.
Actively research, access, and apply modern teaching methods and materials to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness within the school.
Periodically or ad-hoc reporting to the department head/school management on class/student situations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
