Service Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Seek and approach customers (contractors, property owners, management units, etc.) to introduce maintenance service packages for air conditioning systems (central: VRV, industrial air conditioning, etc.).
Manage and track sales requests on the sales system.
Monitor and sign maintenance contracts, handing over to the technical department for implementation.
Track service work progress (maintenance/repair/spare parts, etc.) with executing departments, warehouses, etc., for acceptance and invoicing on the system.
Monitor and collect customer debts.
Report overdue debts and recovery plans to management levels.
Customer care: Renew maintenance contracts for existing customers, maintain relationships with customers, key persons. Introduce and upgrade customers to use new maintenance products and services.
Compile and report on sales activities results as per assigned objectives (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
Other job support requirements: Support collaboration with sales staff in various regions (nationwide) to introduce maintenance services, assist in planning, sales programs, etc.

Job Requirements:

Graduated from universities with majors in economics, engineering: Engineering majors related to refrigeration preferred; Economic majors related to business administration preferred.
Sales experience with customers in the HVAC (Air Conditioning) industry.
Basic English communication and proficient in MS Office.
Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Friendly, dynamic, patient in work, able to work independently, and handle pressure.
